Fan Voting: 12 players will be picked by fans through an exciting voting process.
Coach’s Picks: MLS All-Star head coach Wilfried Nancy will select another 12 players.
Commissioner’s Picks: MLS Commissioner Don Garber will choose 2 additional players.
Liga MX Picks: All-Star Roster
The Liga MX picks selection comes from the Liga MX Balón de Oro nominations. The first 14 players will be chosen from the seven categories of the 2023-2024 season awards: Best Goalkeeper, Best Defender, Best Fullback, Best Defensive Midfielder, Best Offensive Midfielder, Best Forward, and Best Rookie, with two players representing each category.

Previous MLS All-Stars have included international icons like Carlos Vela, Bastian Schweinsteiger, and Wayne Rooney, as well as homegrown talents like Ricardo Pepi and Alphonso Davies. The day before the MLS All-Star Game, on July 23 at 7:30 p.m. ET, the MLS All-Star Skills Challenge, presented by AT&T, will bring on the mad skills from 10 MLS stars competing against ten stars from LIGA MX in a series of gripping challenges that spike up MLS odds and the Liga MX odds, too.
Events such as the Shooting Challenge, Touch Challenge, Cross & Volley Challenge, Passing Challenge, and the always over-the-top Crossbar Challenge will also be taking a stance.

In addition to the games, there will be concerts, community events, player appearances, and the MLS NEXT All-Star Game, displaying the best young talent from MLS academies.
