2024 NFL Receiving Leader Odds: Countless Players in Contention

Early Odds Indicate Wide-Open Race For Receiving Yards Leader

There is no real favorite to lead the NFL in receiving yards in 2024. You have roughly 20 players who have a legitimate chance of winning the yardage title and others who could pull a surprise.

When the race is wide-open, as the 2024 NFL receiving leader odds are, you’ll get a decent price on every player. That’s the case this year, where Tyreek Hill is the early favorite.

2024 NFL Receiving Leader Odds

Dolphins logoTyreek Hill +600

  • Somebody has to go off at the lowest odds here, and it’s Tyreek Hill, who is the default +600 favorite here. Hill led the league with 1,799 yards a year ago and will again be Miami’s go-to receiver. He has a fair chance at repeating and the odds are fair.
  • The NFL 2024 schedule isn’t bad for the Dolphins, as it’s ranked No. 24. Realistically, Hill has as good a shot as anybody. You can’t fault anybody who wagers on Hill at +600.

Cowboys logoCeeDee Lamb +700

  • Lamb finished second in receiving yards last year and is the only player who put some pressure on Hill. He finished with 1,749 receiving yards on the year.
  • Lamb had more balls thrown his way than Hill, but Hill averaged 2.1 more yards per reception.

Bengals logoJa’Marr Chase +800

  • The 2024 NFL receiving leader odds on Chase are +800 on the assumption of having a healthy Joe Burrow for 2024. His loss ended any chance Chase had of winning last year’s yardage battle.
  • He’ll have a better season than he did a year ago, although leading the league could be aiming a little too high. If he reverts back to his 2021 form and if Burrow is healthy, he can be in the battle.
  • That’s a couple of big “ifs” to count on for a wager here.

Eagles logoAJ Brown +900

  • Brown finished fifth in receiving yards last year, although he didn’t see the ball as much as Lamb or Hill. He’ll be the top target for the Eagles, but Philadelphia might be a little too balanced for Brown to lead the league in receiving yards.
  • The NFL scores will help dictate how successful Brown is this season.

Lions logoAmon-Ra St. Brown | +1000 | Justin JeffersonVikings logo

  • St. Brown was third in receiving yards in 2023, while Jefferson fell to 19th, a result of him missing some games and the loss of Kirk Cousins. Jefferson may be the more talented of the two, but the Vikings have quarterback questions. The Lions are in good shape at quarterback, which makes it a bit hard for Jefferson to play here.
  • The odds on St. Brown are decent, although he could have a tough time trying to keep up with the likes of Hill.

Rams logoPuka Nacua +1200

  • Nacua is all by himself at +1200, which seems a little bit low. He’s got talent and the Rams will target him frequently, although the offense isn’t as high-powered as Miami or Dallas.
  • It’s not unreasonable to think he takes another step after his rookie season, but it’s unlikely it’s a big enough leap to push him past Hill and Lamb.

Jets logoGarrett Wilson +1400

  • The 2024 NFL receiving leader odds on Wilson are +1400, which is simply too low. Even with a healthy Aaron Rodgers, Wilson will have a tough time keeping close to the league leaders. He averaged just 11 yards per reception and saw the ball plenty.

Falcons logoDrake London +1600

  • London will benefit from having Kirk Cousins throwing him the ball, but he’s being asked to take a huge leap here. It’s unlikely that he can double his receiving yards from 2023, which he’ll need to do in order to lead the league in receiving yards.

🏈Davante Adams, Michael Pittman Jr., Chris Olave, Nico Collins, DJ Moore, Mike Evans +2000

  • There’s a slew of talent at +2000, although it’s somewhat easy to make a case against each of the six receivers listed here. A couple of them are capable of having standout years, although that’s unlikely to translate into leading the league in receiving.

49ers logoBrandon Aiyuk |+2200 | Stefon Diggs Texans logo

  • The odds on Aiyuk and Diggs are a respectable +2200, but Aiyuk simply doesn’t see the ball enough. He averaged an impressive 17.9 yards per reception, but had just 75 receptions. If the 49ers threw the ball more, Aiyuk would be one of the NFL best bets for the preseason stat awards.
  • Diggs isn’t getting any younger, but is still a solid receiver. It’s just hard to see him at the very top of the stat list in receiving yards at this stage of his career.

🏈Jaylen Waddle, Marvin Harrison Jr., Deebo Samuel, Cooper Kupp +2500

  • The 2024 NFL receiving leader odds on these four is a solid +2500, although Harrison is the most intriguing of the four. How he and Kyler Murray fit together will be the key here.
  • The Cardinals have had some solid receivers in the past and aren’t afraid to use them often. Still, Harrison is a rookie and the Cardinals have plenty of problems to sort out.
